Our Founder: Nadia Khan

Nadia Khan brings extensive expertise in HR and operations, having cultivated her career in empowering organizations to enhance the stewardship of their most valuable resources: their employees. Nadia has over a decade of HR experience including executive-level operations in education, nonprofits, and small businesses in Central Florida and the DC Metro area.

Nadia, the CEO and founder of Fractional HR, envisions delivering outstanding HR and operations consulting services to small and midsize startups, nonprofits, and educational institutions. Her areas of expertise encompass problem-solving, strategic HR process optimization, risk management, compliance, project management for HR systems, staff training, restructuring organization charts, and data analysis to inform decision-making.

Prior to establishing Fractional HR, Nadia served as Director of Human Resources for an Orlando based organization playing a critical role in ensuring that the organization's human capital was effectively managed and aligned with its strategic objectives. Prior to this, she worked as a consultant supporting multiple DC charter schools. Nadia holds a Masters degree in Organizational Behavior Systems & Analytics and certificate in Human Resources Management from New York University. Nadia is also a Senior Certified Human Resources Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management.
